How Do We Learn and Develop at East-West Seed?

Our 70-20-10 Learning Model

We promote learning and development following the 70-20-10 model. The model is a combination of experiential learning (70), social learning (20), and formal learning (10). Depending on what needs to be learned and the individual’s learning style, managers and employees are encouraged to choose the most appropriate learning approach or a mix of approaches that will deliver effective results within a reasonable period of time.
